Use Another Partner

Clients may use another service provider or internal resources for some or all of the implementation work.  Ativa provides value-add services for the items that are not covered under an implementation statement of work.

The missing pieces surrounding implementation which Ativa addresses are:

Ativa has an open engagement model with Clients and within the wider CRM community.  Ativa will support the selected partner as the Client desires to enable the success of the project.

Contracting Approach

Ativa has a number of partners it works with who are happy to work this way.  Under this model, the partners contract directly with the customer.  Ativa holds its contractual relationship either with the customer or the vendor, but as part of the project team structure has dual reporting lines to the customer and vendor.
