Facilitated Delivery

This is a guided approach to a project where Ativa facilitates the outcome working with independent resources from other partners, independent contractors or a client's own staff.  The customer decides which delivery resources they want to be involved in the project.  Ativa then optimises the delivery approach and facilitates the team to achieve a successful project outcome.

The focus in priority order is:
  • To achieve the project outcome
  • operational readiness
  • skills transfer.
Use methodology, document handoff, frameworks, etc.  

Usually involves a lot of facilitation with key stakeholders within the customer and services vendor.  Under this approach, Ativa takes on a Project Director role with oversight responsibility for the project, with line of sight to the Customer's Project Sponsor and to the Head of Delivery for the Services Vendor.

Contracting Approach

Ativa has a number of partners it works with who are happy to work this way.  Under this model, Partners contract directly with the customer.  Ativa holds its contractual relationship with the customer and works with the Partner on the Customer's behalf.
