Ativa-Owned Delivery

Under this engagement model, Ativa is accountable for the delivery project.  All resources are under Ativa's control, with Ativa as prime contractor to the client.

The focus in priority order is:

• To achieve the project outcome
• operational readiness
• skills transfer.

​The delivery approach is optimised to the client's situation, taking into account attitude towards risk, budget and timeframes.  This ranges from a flexible agile approach to a set fixed price engagement.  In most situations, an approach which is fixed against time will yield the best result for clients. 

Contracting Approach

Under this model, Ativa holds its contractual relationship with the Customer and is responsible for all aspects of project delivery.  Any Partners or Sub-Contractors are contracted by Ativa directly.
