Flexible PartneringUnder Ativa's flexible engagement model, Clients may use a combination of service providers if desired for implementing their CRM software.
We look at both the technical resourcing and value-add aspects to find the balance that will drive success. The goal is to deploy a system which is operationally effective with a strong likelihood of adoption by the users. |
Technical Services
For the technical aspects to do core CRM configuration, Clients may use Ativa, other service providers or their own staff. Access to good technical skills at a fair price is a given. There are multiple sources for sound technical consultants, under both onshore and offshore models. The options are:
|
Value-Add Services
Equally important but often missed are the other ingredients which drive value for the Client's customers and internal users. These include best practice advice, value chain optimisation, usability design, data cleansing, training and change management. Ativa provides this with its business consulting services, regardless of the partnering approach for technical resources. |
Delivery Approach
Finally, for a project to be effective the technical resourcing and partner selection needs to be matched to the Delivery Approach to be used - i.e. agile, waterfall, hybrid or incremental BAU. Ativa helps define the optimal project approach and delivery plan. |
