Business Architecture

A Business Architecture defines the design of the business (capabilities, processes, applications, technology).  It provides the context for deciding what to change, the framework for deciding on the best technology fit and the guidance for ongoing adaptation efforts.

Change Strategy

​Change Strategy is fundamental to achieving a return on investment.  The ability to achieve change in an organisation defines success.  Without effective change, adoption will be poor, money and effort will have been wasted and the initiative will fail.

Product Selection

Product Evaluation and Selection is an enabler for change.  Many organisations struggle and take way too long due to lack of knowledge combined with fear of making a bad decision. This can proceed quickly when it leverages the Business Architecture and Change Strategy .
